Longview, Texas, located in the heart of East Texas on Interstate 20, has a vibrant arts community with something for everyone. ARTS! Longview is a consortium that captivate their audiences with their performances and exhibits.

On September 12-13, 2014, Longview will host the T-Bone Walker Blues Fest at the Maude Cobb Convention Center.

Longview hosts world-class professional performances from the Ballet, Opera, and Symphony. Both the Gregg County Historical Museum and Longview Museum of Fine Arts have permanent collections and changing exhibits.

Theatre Longview provides the opportunity for all ages to participate in the joys of live theatre. ArtsView Children's Theatre brings live youth themed performances to the stage several times a year. The Symphonic Band features local musicians in four concerts a year.

The S. E. Belcher Jr. Chapel and Performance Center at LeTourneau University provides a rental space for other organizations. The Belcher Center also presents and facilitates cultural and entertainment opportunities for the broader region by bringing high-quality family-friendly productions and shows from around the world.

Just next door in Kilgore, TX, is the Texas Shakespeare Festival each summer , which has been called “the best Shakespeare festival in Texas” by the Austin American Statesman.
